SUKAD advocates integrated project management solutions and services. The term “integrated” refers to blending learning with consultancy and other types of services. Consequently, we can provide enhances solutions to organizations. A primary example of the integrated project management solutions could be a build-operate-transfer concept where we can build the organizational project management system for an organization and run it for a while as we train their employees through mentoring, coaching, and shadowing. Founding and Offices
Mounir A. Ajam and colleagues established SUKAD in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates in 2004. In 2012 SUKAD opened another office in Lebanon. From these two offices, SUKAD has been providing services across West Asia and Africa. Most recently, Mr. Luc Bauwmans, SUKAD Vice President, is setting up SUKAD Asia Pacific in Australia.

SUKAD is highly recognized as a leading provider of organizational and integrated project management solutions. Therefore, a large percentage of revenues acquired through repeat business and referrals from leading organizations. Further, we have developed unique organizational solutions for building and sustaining organizational project management and implementing project management methodology.
Project Management Innovation
SUKAD has an extensive project management research and development effort. Under the label and trademark The SUKAD Way™, the R&D effort has led to the development of proprietary products such as The Customizable and Adaptable Methodology for Managing Projects™ (CAMMP™). Another product is The Seven Elements of Project Management Maturity™ (The 7Es™). In addition, there is an approach to managing project success and techniques for project control.
Learning and Development
From our Project Management Innovation program and the development of PM Methodology and PM Maturity Model, SUKAD has developed numerous advanced courses in project management. We are also publishing a series of books, booklets, and sample projects in Arabic and English.
Our publications include The Inheritance, Project Management Foundation, Redefining the Basics of Project Management, and Project Management beyond Waterfall and Agile. In addition to numerous e-books. Mr. Mounir A. Ajam is the author of these various publications.

We delivered these events either on our own (under our 2SPI program) or through partnerships with various organizations and universities.

In recognition of our business and community successes, Dubai SME recognized and ranked SUKAD in 2011; Dubai SME 100 ranking and the AllWorld Network Arabia 500 ranking. Mr. Mounir A. Ajam was also invited to join the board of advisors in the project management program at the British University in Dubai. Further, Mounir A. Ajam was also invited to participate and graduated from the PMI Leadership Institute Master Class.
