In this post, we just want to share that our latest book is finally out
This book is about the CAMMP™ Model (The Customizable and Adaptable Methodology for Managing Projects™). CAMMP™ is a product of the SUKAD Way™ Project Management Innovation Program. This is a project management methodology and it is about adaptive project management.
The book refers to foundational knowledge from PMI, IPMA, ISO, GPM Global and others. It follows the path laid by these professional associations then break away going to another level, beyond waterfall and agile, beyond process and competence, beyond process groups and knowledge areas.
